another solid training week... the weather played along this week and i managed to log in some more big miles.i will do the same leading up to this weekends sardine classic and then start uping the tempo after that.
on monday i had my first meeting with sascoc regarding my selection for the 2012 operation excellence plan set forth to accumulate 12 medals at the games in london.all looks very positive so i am excited.
this weekend will see the running of the annual sardine classic which is being held at the pont in port edward.i hear the course is super fun so all those with an old bike in the garage should dust of the cobwebs and join us for a fun day in the winter sun.
