fortunetly we sent our bikes on others teams trailers after the norba race so atleast we could ride.our bags ended up
up only arriving on friday night.the race course here in canada was exactly the same course from last year and it was
in awesome shape, its not the hardest track, but definitely one of the funest tracks to ride.
racing.i started in 39th place and kept it steady for the first few laps with not too much carnage going on.towards the
middle of the race the legs came on strong and a surge towards the end of the race saw me moving up to 25th place, one spot
behind my team mate todd wells.this is again a career best for me so i was super stoked.
lines.today (monday) was the funest day here by far.we did a 2hr road ride followed by some north shore style riding
on see-saws and wooden bridges up in the woods.following this was the legendary go-karts race here in mont st anne.
we joined in with a bunch of xc guys and the racing was serious.i qualified in 3rd but soon got up to the leader in the race
who was karl platt from germany.the two of us jostled back and forth all race but i managed to pull it together at the end and
tke the chequerd flag.i look forward to more good times here in mont st anne before heading off to th next world cup
venue on thursday.
